Nicole is genuinely one of the most compassionate nurses that I have ever had the chance to work with. From the moment she walks on to the unit she lights the room up. As a previous charge RN at Cherry Hill Neuro Critical Care Unit, she made sure that every single person who worked on the unit whether a CNA, EVS, RN, or MD was not only welcome but part of a family. Her presence alone brings comfort to patients and employees. Her work ethic is the gold standard. She truly works with Integrity, provides all persons with dignity, and taught me how to work and create a safe culture for my patients and myself most importantly to always ask for help and to never hurt myself. I personally was on the fence about going to nursing school, and Nicole has not only motivated me to become a nurse, but she is truly my inspiration and what I hope to evolve into one day. She embodies every single Swedish value and is truly a valuable part of any team that she joins.
