Nicole is very caring and thoughtful when it comes to patient care. I can recall one time in particular that she went above and beyond. We had a patient on the floor who had been transferred from close to the beach area and had no family close by. The patient asked Nicole if she had any clothes that she could have because she did not have much at the group home that she lived at. Nicole came to the unit on her day off with clothes for the patient. She even went to the store to buy her some things. The patient was so overjoyed that she started to cry. This is a true act of compassion.
