My 86-year-old mother is very nervous about everything, but Ms. Nicole was very friendly and caring so my mother took to her right away and put my mother at ease. Anytime we asked a question or needed something Nicole was on point and didn’t miss a step, even when it came to cleaning my mother or changing her bed sheets what out us even asking. Extremely professional caring and friendly. You can tell Nicole loves what she does you can just see how she cares for her patients.
