Nicole is always pleasant to work with. She is always pleasant on the phone, even if there is a code violent, multiple discharges and multiple admissions going on all at the same time. Nicole has talked to many families over the phone or in person and countless times, they have commended her professionalism and "sweetness" to me. I have also witnessed Nicole with patients; she truly treats each one as if they were her very own grandparents. She loves her job, the patients and their families. We love Nicole.
