Nicole was nominated numerous times by a patient's family members. The family expressed great appreciation for Nicole's care, compassion, and kindness during their family member's passing.
Due to the COVID crisis, the family was unable to be with their loved one, however, Nicole stepped in to stay by his bedside. She used Facetime to keep in constant communication. She went above and beyond to offer support not only to the patient but also their entire family during this difficult time. This is nothing new to Ms. McGinnis Williams as she is an extraordinary nurse who is passionate about the care, she provides to all of her patients.
