Nicole Meneses was floated to the 3rd floor to clerk. However, we were severely short-staffed. Initially, she was asked to help with vitals because I understood she was on light duty. However, she not only performed vitals but also assisted the entire unit with med passes, labs, and interventions that did not require heavy lifting, all without being asked. It was a pleasant surprise to see my task list clear up. I was charging that evening as well as having four patients. If it weren't for her, our patient care would have suffered. Thank you, Nicole!
