I wanted to take the opportunity to call out exceptional care that I was provided by nursing staff following a recent surgery in Kalispell. While I had many nurses and CNAs assisting me in my two night stay, Nicole Merrill made every effort to ensure that I had fantastic care when I developed abnormal bleeding several hours after leaving recovery. She involved with on-call staff as needed and never once lets a challenging situation overwhelm her or break her positive attitude. Her knowledge, her demeanor, and her genuine level of caring cannot be overstated. She is a major asset to your team, and I truly appreciate her and hope that you do as well.
