She makes you feel so comfortable and takes the time to explain things. If you don't understand, she tells you again. She is very knowledgeable. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. One day I was having a hard time. My husband is being treated for cancer and I had just found out I have cancer too. She asked if I needed a squeeze, of course, I did! Like someone else has said, she makes you feel like family. She is easy to talk to and takes time to listen and answer questions. I also love how she communicates any concerns or questions we have with the doctor. DDCI nurses all work as a team and all seem close. We brag about DDCI as often as we can. We are so lucky to have it here in Rolla, it is the best! Nicole's laugh is contagious, and we love to hear it. She is the best!!
