Nicole Miller is a fantastic caregiver and deserves recognition. She is active with our shared governance and enthusiastically encourages our unit to be involved and updated with what is happening. She is a compassionate caregiver and treats all patients on the floor with dignity and empathy. She is a remarkable team player. She is always willing to help anyone with any task at any time. She is called all over the hospital to assist with IV insertion and blood work and happily helps every time. She cares for patients who are not on her team, answers call lights, and offers help and guidance every day. I have had the opportunity to orient Nicole and watch her grow. I am so proud of her and love being her coworker. Nicole runs our UBC and encourages everyone to be a part of the team. She works hard to involve everyone. She accommodates to include anyone who wants to be involved. Even having meetings on the unit to not leave anyone out. She is fun to work with. Our patients always comment on how much they enjoyed her. She is always taking available classes to further her career and be helpful to the unit. This girl amazes me every time I get to work with her.
