Nicole touches the hearts of patients, family caregivers, and colleagues alike. She never shows any type of stress on her face and seems to be a very humble person. She responds to requests in a timely manner and any questions asked of her she knows right on the spot. She has the utmost respect for the patients and the CNA's. She is the hardest working nurse I know, going above and beyond, always showing care and concern.
