Nicole Muccio, BSN, RN

While admitted to UPMC West Shore, my nurse, Nicole M., went above and beyond to advocate for my care and make sure there was a plan for my recovery. Part of my treatment plan included being transferred to another UPMC hospital, and she did everything she could on her end to help with that transfer and put my mind at ease. She was especially helpful during a conference call between multiple doctors at different hospitals and displayed incredible leadership and poise to ensure all necessary information was clearly communicated. I am incredibly thankful for her and all of her efforts.
