I knew from the moment I met Nicole that we were going to get along fantastically! She made me laugh whenever she came by and was willing to take the time to go through my medication in a way that I understood exactly what was going on. There were occasions when I had special needs - blood sugars and high blood pressure. She took control of both situations with appropriate urgency and got both situations back on track quickly! I really had a fun time with Nicole - she made me smile when I really needed it!
