I have had the privilege of getting to know Nicole through our Leadership team. I love Nicole’s positivity and the connections she makes with her team. She wants to see Homecare succeed. Her calmness and leadership demonstrate a level of trust. Nicole comes up with personal and extremely funny reflections that bring joy to our DES huddle and also to her team. Nicole is always patient and kind in her interactions with staff, patients, and families. She is very thorough with her projects and initiatives. Nicole is the example we want other leaders and staff to follow.
