Nicole was just fantastic! I was so nervous about the procedure today as it was my first time. She was so calming and answered all of my questions with honesty and sincerity, truly caring. She made me feel so calm going in and was just so sweet! The anesthesiologist was also excellent! The whole unit was just fantastic, and I am no longer afraid of this procedure that I had been putting off for four years. Thank you all NYU Langone!
