Nikki is an amazing person, not only here but in her personal life. She comes in every single day with a smile on her face and the heart to help her co-workers, patients, and family members. She goes out of her way to help others before herself and is always there to listen and bounce ideas off of. Despite all the many things she juggles such as educational needs, orienting, onboarding, developing new education, and helping with staffing, she gives 1000% of everything she does and does it with grace and dignity. Always upholding professionalism and compassion, she is a true leader, and we are thankful to have her as part of the third-floor team. She always helps to collaborate with team members and truly cares about the outcomes of the patients while also ensuring the staff members are taken care of. Nikki is a true breath of fresh air and uses each day to give it her all. We are truly privileged and honored to have her on our team, and we are thankful for her kind heart and the integrity she upholds.
