Nicole showed compassion and expertise when handling two challenging admits to the ICU. She made an incredible difference to the family during a very sensitive time. "We all knew we only had a few more hours left with Dad and Nicole showed only compassion, empathy, professionalism not to mention a very caring hand. With nearly 10 of the immediate family at Dad's dying bedside, we could not have asked for a better Nurse. She was truly the "Angel" for us those last few hours with Dad.
