Nicole Ogborn stood out as a Nurse because she just had such a great aura and patience about her. Nicole listened to me and always asked if I needed anything. She has a great personality! She didn't treat me differently from anyone else and was very personable and that makes a difference.
Nicole was not afraid to get close enough to really talk to me so I can understand everything she was saying! Because sometimes it’s hard, and for some reason, I had issues hearing during COVID. With all the wonderful Nurses having to wear those respirator masks, I had a hard time hearing everything but, wow, the fact that all of the Nurses still risk their lives to save COVID patients amazes me!
Nicole was so great at trying to lift my spirits up. She made me feel very comfortable. She is compassionate, empathetic, professional, and had a nice humor about her! Nicole and I connected the best. She is genuine. Thank you Nicole!
