Nicole O'Hair, RN, BSN

Nicole goes above and beyond in caring for her patients. What I appreciate is her leadership and how she is willing to continuously learn. She mentors new staff and encourages the learning environment. She is currently working on getting her wound care certification. Again, showing initiative to learn new things. She works extra shifts when needed – she expands the role and knowledge of the house supervisor. She is patient-centered and promotes care that benefits the patients. Patients have expressed that they appreciate her kindness and empathy.
