Nicole Olson, RN, BSN

My daughter had to go to ER for appendicitis and was admitted for surgery the following day at Northern Light ARG. As a mother to be told I couldn't go past the ER doors due to Covid 19 was hard and painful. My daughter had just turned 18 a month ago. Her friend, Nicole Olson RN knew how scared she was and called her supervisor to see if she could come in on her day off and be there for her due to her not being able to have her family there. That meant the world to me. Nicole even called me when she went into surgery and called me when she was out of surgery. I have never met Nicole before. She truly is an amazing nurse, I can't thank her enough. Olson is what the DAISY Award is all about.
