Nicole is an excellent nurse and is extraordinarily compassionate. She demonstrates knowledge, bedside manner, and patience even when the going got tough with my daughter. She even volunteered to be her nurse on an extremely hard day and put in personal time too. She was supposed to leave at 3 pm and stayed till 8 pm for her. She truly had the best interest in my daughter's care. We are very grateful for nurses like her. Calm, cool, collected and amazing. Compassion!!! Thank you, Nikki!
