Our experience here at Lahey Clinic has been extraordinary. My father has been here for 1 week on 6 Central and has received world class medical care. Every staff member has been wonderful, but one stands out to us as the most exceptional and extraordinary Nicole (Nikki) Parziale. From the moment we met her she has shown tremendous respect for my dad and our family. She genuinely shared interest in my father's background and instantly bonded with us. She made my dad feel comfortable and at ease when he was in pain and worried. She assured us that what was happening is expected and eased our stress. She has a wonderful sense of humor and often lifted us up with laughter when we were low. Her caring and compassionate ways about her are strong attributes!! We watched how she worked alongside her peers and how they all enjoy working with her. She even called here last night, on her night off, to say hello to her co-workers and asked how my dad was doing.

She has a commitment to excellence and ensures that my dad has the best attention she has come in to keep him more than any other medical professional here during his stay. We can see how much she loves her work. There is no doubt she found her calling. She is a role model for others to follow. She is a gem!! On this Thanksgiving Day we are grateful for the world class care dad has received here. It is the most special and thankful Thanksgiving we're ever had.
