Nicole recently had a patient who came to the ER in an attempt to escape a domestic violence relationship. Although the ER was extraordinarily busy that day, Nicole took the time to show this patient compassion and kindness. Nicole collaborated with social services and was fully responsible for getting this patient into a safe house shelter through WEAVE. She went above and beyond her duties!
