Nicole is always considerate and respectful to us and our son. She is consistently responsive to our needs and respectful of our wishes, and I have seen her treat other patients and parents with the same consideration and respect. Our son has had numerous extended stays over the last six years, and it is always a pleasure to see Nicole at shift change. For someone who has what is arguably one of the hardest jobs, Nicole is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She is good with our son, who has special needs, and I really appreciate her patience with him and the relationship she has built with him. We can tell that she really cares for him and his welfare and goes above what is required of her to make sure we are comfortable.

Nicole dreamed of being a pediatric nurse since she was 15. Nicole loves to be a primary nurse for her patients and spends as much quality time as she can with them. Nicole is a team player and recently volunteered to help the night shift as well. Nicole's caring attitude is greatly appreciated by her patients and coworkers.
