I would like to nominate Nicole Poschen, base coordinator of the Nussbaum ward and soon-to-be practice instructor, as she has consistently demonstrated excellence in organizing the nursing base.
Patient admission:
- She cares for patients who are admitted with fears and worries and can put them at ease with her manner.
- She establishes cordial contact with them, can provide them with nursing care throughout their stay, and at the same time, offers support in personal matters and gives advice.

- Her commitment to our patients makes us look good and makes us look good to the outside world; she sets standards.
- Bed management in our center is a daily challenge and brings one or the other to the edge of “madness”. She remains calm and thinks of ways to satisfy both patients and doctors.

in recognizing deficits and taking measures to eliminate them in the best possible way to everyone's satisfaction.
