I would like to recognize Nicole for her treatment of patients. I don't feel like a patient, I feel like a family member. I am always greeted with a smile no matter how she feels, which always makes a patient feel better.
I don't know how Bon Secours found such a perfect team in Dr. R and Nicole but they are a true "dream team!". Anyone that has them as a doctor and nurse is truly lucky. With the healthcare system these days in such an upheaval I feel confident enough in Dr. R and Nicole that I have no worries. I know that they will see to it that all of my healthcare needs are met, all I have to do is call and Nicole will call me back the same day with answers or an appointment. That right there makes me feel safe and comfortable with my care.
Dr. R and Nicole ordered me home healthcare for a temporary fix for a few weeks to help me regain my strength after my most recent hospital stay. Nicole has even called to check on me.
As I have stated, Bon Secours is truly lucky, as I am, to have Dr. R and Nicole in charge of my care. I pray for those who need a healthcare team like I have as they are a true credit to their profession. They make it seem so effortless. My sincere thanks to them for making me feel comfortable and confident enough in them to be able to stay at home with them a phone call away.
