We would like to nominate Nicole Reicks for going above and beyond for the care of A. Nicole never hesitated to help us through the entire hospice experience. She was always there for every question, day or night. Nicole provided compassionate care, gave dignity to A, and treated everyone as if they were a member of her own family. Whether it was filling meds, stopping by (even on her days off), answering a million questions, responding to texts, or just chatting like a friend we’ve known for our entire life. Nicole took care of everything and helped ease our minds; near and far. She never seemed rushed and gave us all the time we needed. Nicole and our family bonded, and we are grateful that she was always there for us. She’s now a special part of our family. “Thank you, Nicole-we love you!”
