Nicole Roach, RN

I am an employee of MRHC. I was recently in a situation where I needed my people. I have worked in ultrasound for 28 years. I am part of the team that regularly performs biopsies of multiple types. I never imagined myself lying on the other end of the favorite part of my job. From the second I walked in the door until the second I walked out, she was exactly what I needed. I’ve seen it many times, but experiencing her care was totally different. Just by her demeanor, you know and understand that you are being taken care of. She was able to calm my fears and answer questions. She provided both physical and emotional support. She cared for me, as she does all her patients, like I was the most important and only patient there. Her expert skills and compassion were greatly appreciated. It’s hard to be on the patient end of healthcare, but she spread light in the darkness, and I am forever grateful.
