Nicole was our night shift nurse the first two nights. She went above and beyond not only for my baby boy but for myself and my husband. She took time during each check to explain what she was doing or the tests she was running. She answered all of our questions the best she could, and if she did not know the answer, she would find it for us.

Nicole helped us understand the course of treatment for our son by listening to our concerns and speaking in terms we could understand. She took time to learn more about us. We would conversate about our jobs and our families.

Nicole deserves to be recognized with this award 100 times again and again for how amazing her care is. Nicole is kind, caring, and loves her job. She is the best nurse we could ask for when it comes to our son.
