My 7 month old was in the PICU due to some seizure activity. After being sedated from 4pm on, he ended up awake the entire night. Nicole helped me take care of him, keep him happy, and allowed me to get some sleep which I really needed. She had the most positive and best demeanor that made a scary experience for a new mom more at ease. I am forever grateful.
