Nicole helped ease the sadness of our situation, and quickly picked up on witty comments, and replied in kind.
Nicole is special for so many reasons. She has the ability to adjust to whomever, however, regardless of patient issues. I am a friend of the patient, and she was able to verbally challenge and joke with my friend as a person. Sarcasm for sarcasm was wonderful. She helped ease the sadness of our situation, and quickly picked up on witty comments, and replied in kind. She provided a smile, positive attitude, and during the two weeks of care, she was by far the most compassionate and truly interested in our friendship, life, and able to use her intuition and compassion to see and turn or direct everything into a positive.
