Nicole Santovito, RN

Nicole took care of my mom after she had bypass surgery. She was the most caring, compassionate, patient nurse that took the time to speak to us about my mom. She actually explained exactly what was going on step by step and took the time to answer all of our questions. She's an incredible human being that needs recognition. For a nurse to actually call a family member every morning to give an update is unheard of and if I called to check on my mom and she was unable to answer, Nicole would call me back immediately! Words really aren't enough to describe how much we truly are grateful and thankful for Nicole. Such a beautiful soul. We definitely need more nurses like her. She has definitely set the bar extremely high.
