During our most recent surge in the pandemic, our medical center was overwhelmed with critical care patients. Nicole volunteered to staff the Cath Lab ICU. One of these patients wrote, "Nicole always went above and beyond to make me feel safe and sound. She has a special demeanor to make you trust her and does everything in her power to make you comfortable and less painful."
