My daughter was in the ER back in July. My daughter is usually moved quickly and does not always seem to be given much care; chalk it up to her chronic condition. While there, Nikki double-checked on her to help with her arthritis pain and joked with her as well. It was the most comfortable I have seen her with a nurse. She didn't show pity for her, just understanding. She really made such an impact on her that she recognized her when I had to go up a month later. She's never pushy or tries to downgrade what you're going through. Some of the best bedside manner I've seen in a while.
