Nicole Spencer, LPN

I am an Aultman nursing student and Nicole is amazing. She was open and eager to show us things. We really appreciate her guidance and teaching. As an ACNS, she is the reason why I learn so much at clinicals here. She is one of the most compassionate, caring, and considerate people and you can tell she loves her job. She treats us nursing students with respect and includes us in learning opportunities as well. Even with the staff shortage, she pursues and makes sure to treat all of her patients well. I am thankful to be a student nurse for her!
