We have had Nicole as my wife's nurse on and off since October. She has always been professional, friendly, and reflects expert nursing skills. She is cooperative and explains procedures in detail. These traits, in my professional opinion, are exemplary of a good leader.

Nicole is always cheerful and helpful in suggesting ways to make my stay more pleasant and my recovery quicker. She suggested things for my comfort without me asking. She offered me hot blankets, hot water for tea, and "nagged" me to eat several times per day. She is a wonderful and professional nurse.
