Nicole has worked for St. Vincent's Southside for 14 years as a NICU nurse and was presented with the DAISY Award for the care that she provides not only to her patients but also their families.

"She is a wonderful nurse and person and I wouldn't have picked a better nurse for this award," She is very passionate about her job and gentle," She shows great compassion and I feel like she is not only my daughter's nurse but a friend to me and my daughter's father.
