Nicolecared for my elderly mother. She is remarkable! Compassionate, sensitive and a professional patient advocate. She took excellent care of my mother, and us.She is an incredibly valuable person for this hospital and now, our family. She is a fabulous and sensitive communicator! Took care of us like family.
