My husband was a patient for five nights after his lumbar spinal fusion. After several days of being very medicated due to severe pain, my husband ended up impacted, and it was a very frustrating, painful and embarrassing experience for him. Nicole was so very patient and reassuring and worked tirelessly to ensure he felt okay and comfortable with being vulnerable in such a delicate situation. She has the perfect mix of humor and kindness and is such an empathetic and sweet person. She put my mind at ease and, along with her team, treated the situation and helped him feel much better. At no time did she make the situation awkward and went above and beyond to help calm his nerves.

For several days, she looked after my husband, and I was confident he was in good hands. What a rock star employee, she definitely stood out among all staff for her positive can-do attitude, anticipating the patient's needs, and most importantly, made a situation that was uncomfortable and could have ended with lots of awkwardness very easy-going.
