Nicole Tone, RN

Nicole Tone was recognized by the patient and the OB MD for taking care of a patient who had to deliver a baby who was pre-viable and had no chance of survival. This was an emotional situation, and this nurse took the initiative to care for and comfort this patient in her darkest need. She demonstrated an exceptional amount of compassion and care for a patient. The patient was grateful for her kindness and respect, noting, “When Nicole entered my room, I felt like I could get through this and I was no longer alone.” Nicole demonstrates compassion with all her patients every shift she works. Many patients compliment her and request that she be their nurse after her first interaction with them. Nicole is a role model for the nursing profession!
