Nicole was nominated by a patient who described Nicole as a “bright light” during her most recent pregnancy. Most interactions with Nicole were via the phone, and she always came across as kind, patient, and empathetic.

During the patient’s pregnancy, Nicole was readily available to address any issue or concern. The patient appreciated the consistent care that Nicole provided and stated she “never missed a beat”. The patient referenced that Nicole was meant to be a nurse, and her empathy, compassion, and Kindness meant a lot.
