When I entered triage at 31 weeks, I had no idea what I was in for. We came in due to low fetal movement and I figured it was going to be a quick check-up. When I learned I would need an emergency c-section I was completely shocked and so scared of what was about to happen. Nicole was so amazing, calming, reassuring, and supportive throughout the entire process. She kept telling me that I will be ok and not to worry or be scared. She made the environment so pleasant and even fun! I am deeply grateful to Nicole for turning what could have been a traumatic event into a comfortable experience. She even came up to the NICU to visit me several weeks later. Nicole is truly an amazing and special person!
