Nicole was the ICU nurse for my sister several times. My sister received amazing and exceptional care from Nicole. My sister was in, as doctors described as "ICU Psychosis". My sister called Nicole the most degrading, disturbing names non-stop, all day, each day. She attempted numerous times to hit Nicole. She never wavered from her kind, compassionate, utmost care for my sister. I can go on about the horror stories my sister put Nicole through and how she was able to act as if nothing was awry was amazing. Nicole demonstrated the true meaning and definition of the word/ meaning of a nurse.
