This nurse is amazing. She always goes above and beyond in everything she does. She came back to Fidelity after being gone and did not miss a beat. She recently had a patient who was really sick and homebound who wanted to go out of state to see her mom who was dying. The patient was required to be homebound by insurance and has a pleurx drain that we drain for her. This nurse called and talked to the insurance company, got the homebound states waived for the 3 days she will be gone. The nurse will drain her before she goes and as soon as she gets back. I am glad this wonderful nurse chose to come back to Fidelity!
