Our uncle was a patient at St. James for two weeks. He ended up on comfort care for twelve days and then he passed. His nurse Nicole Wilcox went above and beyond caring for him. She showed the utmost compassion, respect, and kindness toward our uncle. She treated him as if he were family. Nicole took her time with us in updating and answering our questions. She understood and respected his spiritual needs. She was very kind and made sure our needs were met. We cannot say enough good things about Nicole.
