Nicole was nominated by her staff, patients, and family. Nicole is described as an excellent problem solver who goes above and beyond every day. Nicole willingly adjusts her managerial duties so that she can assist her staff with clinical needs. Not only does Nicole support her team and patients in an excellent manner, but she also supports her Director and Executive leadership consistently. Despite difficult circumstances or complex issues, Nicole always maintains a positive attitude and works hard to break down barriers to meet the needs of patients and staff.
