My grandfather got admitted to L&M on Friday with some serious health complications. My grandfather, usually a very polite and respectful individual, was in a terrible mental state when he was brought in, not very easy to deal with. Since Nicolle became his nurse, she has been nothing but supportive, patient, and loving from the moment she met our family. We have been very grateful for the care she has provided and the healing she has brought to our whole family. When my grandmother was receiving difficult news, Nicolle stood by her, holding her and providing support. Nicolle has been an absolute ray of sunshine for my family during this difficult time. She is an extraordinary woman doing extraordinary work. Thank you, Nicolle!
