I would like to thank Nikki for taking extraordinary care of my mom. She treated my mom as if she were a loved one and not just a patient. Nikki got to know not only my mom, her history, and patient, but she also got to know me and my sister. Being that both my sister and I are pharmacists, we have some knowledge about medications and illnesses. With that being said, Nikki explained each and every step of the treatment plan my mom was undergoing and what meds they were using. She was also willing to hear our concerns and express them to my mom's doctor. Nikki even gave my sister and me advice as if "this was her own mother". Nikki showed kindness, strength, and compassion to my mother and our family. She worked so hard to help my mom, even though she was stressed about her other four patients she was assigned to. Our thank yous to Nikki are not enough to show our gratitude. After numerous hospital visits for other family members and having worked in the medical field myself...I can honestly say Nikki is the best nurse I've come across. She is an angel on earth without wings.
