We wanted to thank you and your team sooner, but the first week home from your NICU has been a whirlwind for our foster family, filled with home inspections, doctor's appointments, and health assessments for our baby boy.
At every visit, we’ve proudly shared how grateful we are for the exceptional care, support, and compassion we received from your incredible NICU team at PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Downtown LA.
Monica, Crystal, and Sunny made the very most of every opportunity to keep us informed about his progress and patiently guided us in learning how to care for our baby boy.
Jubilee regularly checked in to be sure we had ample supply of diapers and formula, offering help whenever it was needed and made sure we felt comfortable and supported.
Sarah Yesenia and Sandilla , she'll know who we mean, lovingly comforted him during those late-night fussy moments and always ensured the camera was on so we could see him when not there.
This extraordinary level of care clearly reflects the strong leadership and example set by their supervisors Jodie, Stacey Alicia Barbara Coleen and Tammy.
Dr. Morgan and Joanna thoughtfully and patiently answered every one of our questions, taking the time to clearly explain each next step in his care.
Dr. Lee brought a wonderful balance to the experience of keeping our spirits lifted with his warm sense of humor and sharing heartfelt stories of raising his daughter.
We truly cannot thank everyone enough for the unwavering dedication and compassion you have shown in helping our baby boy and every child who enters the NICU not only overcome challenges but truly thrive.
