During our four-month stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, I could not choose one...each of these nurses went above and beyond for my baby born weighing 318 grams (less than one pound). Brandi, Morgan C., Emma, Apryl, and Mollie (charge nurse) of UPMC Magee Womens Hospital are the epitome of what NICU nurses should be. Empathetic, compassionate, dedicated, proactive, exceeded their duties. These nurses advocated for my baby when my questions and concerns went unanswered, pacified, and blatantly ignored. Our family will forever have gratitude for the outstanding service provided by these nurses. Thank You!
