She is a joy to work with. She is compassionate and knowledgeable, and I look forward to working with her. She is an asset to our critical care unit, and we are lucky to have her.

Nida had the sickest patient on the unit with two other critical care patients. Nida went into the room of the very sick patient and spoke to the spouse with much care and empathy. She stayed with the spouse to allow time for the final goodbyes. Nida closed the curtain, cried with the spouse, and gave them the time they needed together to say those final goodbyes.
